Reservations and Cancellations
Reservation fees are refundable, but are saved as credits towards "rental" items, to be used within 1 year from the date of cancellation, which must be in writing. Balance on rentals is due 72 hours prior to the event on order under $1,000.00 on order greater than $1000.00 the balance is due 7 days prior.
Payments for orders under $50 are due, in full, at time of order.
When orders are placed less than 1 week in advance payment is due upon order placement.
There are some refund exceptions - any custom ordered item, product or service, that required payment in full, by us, is 100% non refundable. (example you ordered custom linens or backdrop)
Cancellations made prior to 30 days refund amount will be given as a credit in full*
Cancellations at 15 days prior will be subject to a deduction of any planning fees at a rate of no less than 50.00 per hour if applicable but the balance will be applied as a credit for future use.*
Cancellation under 14 days are given a credit of 50% of the paid in deposit towards a future date*
Cancellations under 7 days would require payment in full and would be saved as a credit for future use within 1 year of date of cancellation (this does not apply to custom orders).
Reservation fees are non-refundable. If your entertainment is an in house performer, you can apply your reservation fee as a credit towards any other in house entertainment for up to 1 year from the date of cancellation. Entertainers that are not in house will have their own set of requirements. Under such circumstances these will be stated clearly in your performance confirmation.
Balances for entertainment is due 72 hours prior to the event. For entertainment orders greater than $1000 the balance is due 7 days prior to your event. For totals greater than $1000, a 3% convenience fee will be added for all credit card payments.
For orders placed less than 1 week in advance, payment in full, is due upon order placement.
Most of our entertainment is under our own umbrella but in the event it is not there are exceptions based on the specialty entertainer we have contracted with. Entertainment retainers will be subject to review if it is a specialty service, We always endeavor to work with like minded individuals but because we have such an extensive performance catalog we sometimes will have performers in high demand who can not be as flexible.
If decor is ordered less than 14 days prior payment is due in full upon order.
If cancellations are made 15 days prior to an event we will issue credit less custom ordered items ( if any) towards another event or rescheduled date within a year of the original event date.
If your cancellation is 14 days or less we will give you a credit towards another event within a year LESS any expenses incurred in the planning of your event. Time spent on the event planning/ideation will be deducted at a $50/hr rate. No refunds will be given on that portion ( design work, creation of forms, custom ordering etc).
If cancellations are made within 14 days and work has BEGUN or If your balloon dÃƒÃ‚Â©cor has been completed and it is deemed ready for delivery and installation, you will only receive a credit to be used towards another event or rescheduled date for the number of items that are not disposable. Keep in mind decor can be made many days prior to an event. If your party circumstances can be "iffy" please indicate when ordering. Ex: We will be outside unless it rains....
No refunds or credits on decor if canceled less than 72 hours prior unless management deems it appropriate and production has not started.
Credits are non-transferable. Reschedule date is subject to availability. We suggest coordinating with us to make sure weÃƒÂ¢Ã¢Â¢ll be available first. Reservation fees are non refundable but applicable for future use when a cancellation is made 15 or more days prior to the event.
If less then 15 days then any expenses incurred for custom orders, planning or production work will be deducted from the credit amount. (ex: ordering, designing, coordination). Rates are no less than 50.00 per hour and can be higher based on service level.
If you are canceling with 7 or less days before your event, and you have a paid a reservation fee, you will not be responsible for the remainder of the invoice if the final payment has not been made. You will also receive credit for delivery/installation or any other fees that have not yet happened by the time of cancellation notice. Credit is only valid if used within 6 months of the original event date. Credits are non-transferable. Reschedule date is subject to availability.
